In any power plant running on steam, the purity of boiler feed water and steam is absolutely crucial to protect steam turbines, boilers, superheaters, condensers, and other steam equipment from scaling and corrosion damage.

Critical Water Chemistry Analysis

Dual Panel Configuration
The SWAS is configured as a two-panel system: a Wet Panel for sample conditioning and a Dry Panel for analysis and signal processing. This separation ensures optimal instrument performance and simplified maintenance.
Wet Panel
Sample Conditioning
Samples from different process points are fed to this panel. Contains all sample conditioning components to reduce temperature and pressure to levels suitable for analytical instruments. Sensors in this panel feed output to the Dry Panel.
Dry Panel
Analysis & Control
Contains all analytical instruments, transmitters, annunciators, and indicators. All remote signals are transmitted from this panel to the control room DCS/PLC for centralised monitoring and alarm management.
